Not a content manager.

Someone who knows how to take a 90-minute conversation and find the 47 seconds people can’t stop watching.

Someone who understands...

Tension.
Pacing.
Hooks.
Emotion.
Impact.
Retention.
Internet psychology.

Someone who knows the difference between a clip that gets views…
and a clip that creates obsession.

The Flying Felon is a cinematic, in-flight interview series filmed entirely at altitude.

No sets.
No scripts.
No fake energy.

Just raw conversations with people who’ve lived through fame, collapse, pressure, addiction, prison, success, reinvention, loss, survival, and redemption.

Guests have included Tony Hawk, Allen Iverson, Lamar Odom, Tiffany Haddish, Heidi Montag, Harry Jowsey, Chuck Liddell and more.

This role is not for beginners.

You should already know:

— how to edit at a very deep level
— how to build platform-native content
— how to create clips people feel
— how to package stories for YouTube
— how to think beyond “posting”
— how to read analytics without losing instinct
— how Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn all require completely different psychology

And most importantly:

You should care about the story.

We already have the footage.
The guests.
The production.
The stories.

What we need is someone who knows how to turn moments into momentum.

This is a high-performance role.

If pressure scares you, this will crush you.
